If you use a mailing list to touch base with some or all of the visitors/users on your website on a periodic basis, its subscribers are often called mailing list members. They have to register and to give their explicit approval to get automatic emails. You can authorize mailing list members manually as well, if the mailing list management software program that you use to manage the mailing list allows this. As per the generally accepted policies, a list member should be able to unsubscribe whenever they wish. You, being the administrator, can also remove members if they should not get emails for whatever reason. The emails that each mailing list member gets will have only one address in the "To" section, not the addresses of all the mailing list members.

You will be able to include and to remove mailing list subscribers or to see a list of all existing members. The new ones will receive a verification request and they will have to accept to join a particular mailing list and to get messages in the future. You can manage the mailing lists that you’ve set up and the mailing list subscribers from any location or device without the need to log in to your Hepsia hosting Control Panel – you simply have to send an email to majordomo@your-domain.com.
